To enter, all you have to do is fill out the form! Then you tell other people about the giveaway, and they fill out the form putting your name in the "Who told you about this giveaway" field. That way they enter to win, and your name gets entered again. The more people you can get to enter the contest, the more times your name ends up being entered.
